Building Your Own Computer

A WebQuest for CS 111 Section 50

Introduction

You have just gotten home from your first semester in college and have told your family about the Computer Fluency course that you just took. They, of course, are ecstatic with your new found knowledge and want you to put it to work right away.

They are looking to buy a new computer and are not sure what they should buy. After discussing their needs, you determine that they need a basic home machine with a printer and a monitor, etc. You want to impress them with your knowledge, but also ensure that the sales person at the store will not try and pull a fast one on you. As well, you want to make sure to stay within a $2000 budget.
