Technology, thoughtfully applied.

Silverleaf Consulting helps organizations make sense of software, AI, and esports — not as buzzwords, but as tools that solve real problems and open new pathways.

About

A small firm with long roots.

Silverleaf was founded in Missoula by Michael Cassens and Karin Clark-Cassens to do business technology work the way it should be done — close to the client, honest about trade-offs, and built to last past the engagement.

More than two decades on, the work has expanded. Michael's role as Director of UM Esports and Associate Professor of Game Design at the University of Montana sits alongside the consulting practice and shapes how we think about AI, education, and what's next.
